Does it need to be refrigerated? 

 

It is "suggested" that the label states to keep refrigerated, but, I have never refrigerated any hot sauce. 

 

How long is it good for?

 

Regulations require a Best Buy Date/Expiration Date, which for our sauces will be two years from production date. I have used hot sauces (bought in Jamaica) years past their Best By Date,
